Travel Bookings and Event Tickets

Refunds, cancellations, and changes for travel-related bookings (e.g., flights, hotels, car rentals) and event tickets are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective third-party suppliers. HubQ does not control or issue refunds for these services.

To request a refund or modification, please contact the supplier directly.

HubQ may assist in facilitating communication between you and the supplier, but cannot guarantee refund outcomes.

Deals, Free Offers & Local Services

If you purchased a deal, coupon, or local service through HubQ, the return or refund policy will depend on the merchant or provider offering that service.

Merchants are solely responsible for the delivery, quality, and customer service of their offerings.

If you are unsatisfied, we recommend contacting the merchant first. If unresolved, reach out to support@hubq.ai for assistance.

Digital Services and Platform Fees

Fees paid to HubQ for premium features, promotional listings, or business subscriptions are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Refund requests for accidental charges, billing errors, or technical issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

General Conditions

Refunds will not be granted for services already rendered or partially used.

Refunds (when approved) may take 5-10 business days to process.

HubQ reserves the right to deny refund requests that violate our Terms of Use or reflect abuse of the system.
